For a piano so designated by Daynes Music Company, and having been purchased at Daynes Music Company, or an authorized affiliate, via consignment, trade-in, or an another sale agreement authorized by Daynes Music Company and the purchaser of the said piano, Daynes Music shall warranty all parts and labor for the piano for a period of five years from the date of purchase.

• The warrantly shall be voided if Daynes Music determines that during this period the piano has been abused or damaged over and above normal wear and tear.
• Should the piano require maintenance that cannot be performed at the purchaser's location, the purchaser shall be responsible for moving costs to a maitenance facility authorized by Daynes Music Company.
• The warranty shall be voided if the purchaser transfers ownership of the piano to a third party.
