| Note: |
The Steinway B remains the ideal piano for the "music room" (also the living room, family room, or studio). This one has an exceedingly lovely tone, an incredible expression range, even with the teflon action; a very nice firm touch. This B is a piano designed (and upgraded, see below) for the serious musician. Notice the "beaded plate," which gives you an indication of the actual age of the piano. The beaded plate was used during the mid-1960's. It is being used again with the new historic re-issue Steinways. PLEASE NOTE: This piano has been recently upgraded by Master Technician Russell Sorensen, with action parts and voicing. Essentially, this piano is like new, clearly the best one currently in our warehouse. Compared to $70k+ for a new "B", it is also a wonderful bargain.
