Daynes Music Company - The Virtual Piano Warehouse

To sell your piano in the VPW, here's what we will do for you:

We will pre-screen calls and online inquiries on your behalf (you can still take calls yourself), and we will direct serious customers to the Virtual Piano Warehouse (VPW), that is, very much like a real estate brokerage, we will make arrangements with you for customer showings at your house.
We will photoshop and upload your images at no cost, or if necessary, we will arrange for a photographer to take pictures of your piano ($75 photography fee).
If you sell your piano through the VPW, we will cover delivery and tuning at the new location, at no cost to you (see Terms and Conditions, below).
We will provide the Daynes five-year parts and labor warranty to the buyer of your piano (see Terms and Conditions, below).
You shall be entitled to keep a copy of our certified appraisal (see Terms and Conditions, below).
Most importantly, your piano will become associated Daynes Music Compay's 150 year reputation of unsurpassed integrity. That is, if you sell your piano through Daynes Music, we will guarantee its quality to the buyer (if you list your piano with ksl.com, craigslist, ebay, etc., it's caveat emptor).

Terms and Conditions:

To be considered for listing in the VPW, the seller shall pay a one-time $75 appraisal and listing fee to Daynes Music Company. All VPW listings shall be contingent upon our positive appraisal of your piano.
Upon acceptance, your piano shall be considered to be on-consignment to Daynes Music Company. The consignment shall be up for review by both the consignor (you) and Daynes Music Company after ninety days, if necessary.
To qualify for free delivery and tuning at the new location, the minimum selling price of the piano shall be no less than $5,000.
To qualify for the five-year parts and labor warranty, the minimum selling price of the piano shall be no less than $5,000.
Upon the sale of your piano, Daynes Music Company shall take a 12.5% consignment fee; the buyer shall be required to pay 6.85% Utah Sales Tax.
The sale agreement shall be written and executed by Daynes Music Company.
At the present time, all VPW listings shall be limited to within a 100 mile radius of Daynes Music Company's Midvale, Utah headquarters.
